Charity Shop Haul - Books and DVDs

.
This week I finished reading 'The Shopaholic and a Baby', and I wanted to get a few new books to read, so yesterday my mum and I ventured up to the highstreet together and had a little look in the charity shops. Charity shops can be a bit hit-and-miss, but in the past I've found some really good books in charity shops, at bargain prices and of course you're doing something good as your money's going to charity. I wasn't disappointed and ended up coming home with 3 books and 4 dvds.

This Charming Man by Marian Keyes - £1.75
Sweet Little Lies by Lauren Conrad - £1.50
The Handbag Beauty Bible by Josephine Fairley and Sarah Stacey- £1.25
.

Charlies Angels: The Full Throttle, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, 27 Dresses, 13 Going on 30 (All £2)

  1. Definitely think charity shops are upping their game with books. The ones near me are always naff with clothes but you can always find decent books which have only been read once or twice. Last week I picked up The Time Travelers Wife and New Moon :) shame I have sooo many books I need to read for uni though so goodness knows when I'll get time to read them (suppose it serves me right doing an English Lit degree..lol) xx
